This website introduces Midvisit to prospective customers. For privacy questions, contact deepti@midvisit.com.

If you email us, your email provider sends the message and any contact information you include. Do not send patient information in a demo enquiry.

Demo enquiries are emailed to the Midvisit team at deepti@midvisit.com. We send an automatic confirmation email to the address you provide. Website enquiries are stored in Supabase in Ireland (EU) and by email. Enquiries are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Vercel hosts the website and processes form submissions; SiteGround delivers email notifications. If an email notification fails, the enquiry remains saved for the Midvisit team to review. Media and fonts are served as website assets. No analytics or marketing cookies are used at launch. This site does not include third-party video players.

The clinical service requires separate privacy and contractual documentation. This website notice does not describe patient-data processing within a clinical deployment.
