Voice and the patient app

A phone call does not require an app download.

Patients can receive Mira’s check-in calls without installing the patient app. The patient app offers an additional way to contribute information; it does not replace the care team.

Patient-reported readings

Report readings taken at home.

Patients can report oxygen saturation, temperature, blood pressure and glucose readings they take at home. These are patient-reported readings for care-team review.

Questions answered

Before you start.

Is a wearable or device required?

The app supports patient-reported information. Patients report readings they already take at home; Midvisit does not supply devices.

Can carers participate?

The app supports family access managed through patient portal links and permissions.

Does Midvisit make clinical decisions?

Midvisit captures patient-reported information and prepares it for care-team review. Diagnosis, prescribing and treatment decisions remain with authorised professionals.

How do we start?

Start with one agreed pathway. Discuss the patient group, consent, configuration and review ownership in the demo. Pilot price, duration and implementation commitments are agreed separately.

Do patients need the app to receive a call?

No. Mira’s outbound calls and the browser-based patient app are separate ways to participate.

Does the recovery screen show a clinically approved schedule?

The visual uses illustrative data. The actual schedule and approved content depend on the configured pathway.
